I’m really, really disappointed by this update. I don’t interested in anyone’s otp and just like to play in the game, but now really hard to see Byte’d Beak, for example, and not to be angry, because…what? You fucking kidding me?

Look, not every person has the same comforts regarding sex as you do. TF2 may be a mature game, but it was for the gore and the violence. I could understand the mockery since these aspects have been a part of TF2 since its inception, but the sex thing, no matter how minor, is a new addition to something that someone had been enjoying for quite some time now.
Like, they didn’t say you were bad, or that you were cruel, or that the update was shit. All they said was that they were disappointed by something they perceive as vulgar, and they have every right to view it that way no matter how childish or minor it may seem to you. Mocking them for airing their disapproval is way over the line, and you really ought to know better.
I get that you’re in defense mode given some of the people on the chan being a bunch of little shits, but it’s no reason to go around taking it out on anybody who isn’t fully satisfied with the update. That’s just rude. You really owe Chirro an apology for the way you’re reacting to this because this is not in the slightest bit appropriate or professional.
Seriously dude, take a step back and ask yourself if these responses were really warranted in this situation. Did Chirro’s minor complaints really warrant this kind of aggressive condescension? Is mocking their broken English (due to it being their second language) really appropriate? Is this the kind of behavior you really want to be known for? Is this really the best way to promote Valve? Do you really think Valve is going to be willing to put you back on board for another project if this type of aggressive insulting is how you handle even the smallest of complaints?
I can understand your attitude regarding the chan, but Chirro isn’t the chan, and you don’t have to go into full defense mode over the drop of a hat. Like really, I am way disappointed in how you handled all of this.
